Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Some treats are made to order, which may take 5–7 business days before shipping.

🐱 Do you offer cat-friendly products?
Yes! All our ingredients are safe for both dogs and cats — and we offer smaller options just for the kitties 🐾

📦 How should I store the treats?
Store treats in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months unopened. For longer freshness, you may refrigerate for up to 6 months. Once opened, we recommend consuming within 3–4 weeks.

🔄 Can I return or exchange?
Since our products are pet food, we’re unable to accept returns — but if something’s not right with your order, don’t worry! Reach out and we’ll take care of it 💛
